Return & Refund Policy

Once an order has been placed, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted.

Returns will only be considered if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake. Customers must inspect the item immediately upon receipt and report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@amertaat.com with proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Return requests reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted.

All return requests are subject to review and approval. A return will only be accepted after we approve the request. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, unopened, and with all original labels and proof of purchase.

If the issue is due to our mistake, additional shipping charges will not apply. However, if any other charges are applicable, we will inform the customer before proceeding.

If the customer requests a replacement and the request is approved, we will arrange the replacement immediately, subject to product availability.

If the customer requests a refund and the refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
